Fruits and vegetables

We market all kinds of excellent quality wholesale fruit and vegetables. We sell part of this domestically and the remainder internationally, targeting both retailers and wholesalers including department stores, hypermarkets and supermarket chains.

ORGANIC PRODUCTS

In 2006 Frutas E. Sánchez S.L. obtained authorisation from the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Madrid Autonomous Region Regulatory Council to import, handle and commercialise organic products. This is a commitment to organic production and a serious commitment to the Environment. Frutas E. Sánchez is the first company in Madrid Autonomous Region to obtain such authorisations.

In addition, we have partnered with Ecoembes Punto Verde for the recycling of packaging, thus contributing to the improvement of the environment

Our products

Apples

The apple is a heart-shaped fruit, with approximately 10 centimeters of diameter and 200 grams of weight.

Pears

The pear is an edible fruit that comes from the Pyrus communis, a tree colloquially known as the common peartree. There are, however, many kinds of pears, which are produced by other trees of the genus Pyrus.

Cherries

The cherry is a red fruit (stone type) that comes from the cherry tree of the family of Rosaceae, of the genus Prunus. There are two main species of cherry trees, Prunus avium, which gives sweet and dark red cherries, and Prunus cerasus, which gives sour and bright red cherries.

Stone fruits

Peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, and cherries are known as “stone fruits” because their seed is very large and hard.

Kiwis

The kiwi is an ovoid shaped fruit, of variable size and covered with a thin and slightly hairy brown skin. It can be 4 to 7.5cm long.

Pineapples

The tropical pineapple or American pineapple (Ananas comosus) is the fruit obtained from the plant that
receives the same name. Its shape is oval and thick, with approximately 30 cm long and 15 cm in diameter.

Watermelons

Watermelon is a large fruit with a more or less spherical shape.

Citrus fruits

Citrus fruits, oranges, tangerines, limes, lemons and grapefruit are one of the most cultivated varieties of fruit in the world.

Bananas

The banana belongs to the Musaceae family. Its stem is surrounded by the pods of the leaves and the fruit that results from it, which is a berry that has the peculiarity of growing in clusters, is widely appreciated and consumed in the world as food.

Grapes

The grape is a fruit obtained from the grapevine. The grapes come in clusters, and are small and sweet.

Vegetables

Vegetables are a set of plants generally grown in orchards or irrigated lands, which are consumed as food and include vegetables and legumes (beans, peas, etc.).

Asparagus

The asparagus or common asparagus belongs to the Asparagaceae family. It is a perennial herbaceous plant of very branched foliage and feathery aspect.

Avocados

The avocado is an exotic fleshy fruit obtained from the tropical tree of the same name. It has dimensions of 5-6 cm in length. Normal weight ranges from 200-400 g. The rind is thick and hard, with a green color whose shade depends on the variety. Avocado is the name of the tree and the fruit.

Mangoes

The mango is a tender but firm fruit with a sweet taste. It is a fruit obtained from the tree of the same name. Its size varies between 5-20 cm in length, with a weight of 300-400 g.

Walnuts and nuts

Nuts are so called because they all have one thing in common: in their natural composition they have less than 50 % water. They are very energetic foods, rich in fats, proteins and oligoelements.

Dates

The date is a small amber-colored fruit recognized worldwide as a rich source of sugar that can be used as a sweetener.
